NCMS was established in 1993. NCMS assists oil & gas operators with contractor pre-qualification as it relates to DOT alcohol & drug testing regulations and/or specific operator alcohol & drug testing requirements.

The monitoring services are designed to standardize and centralize the contractor pre-qualification process, to lessen the burden on contractors, as well as expand the selection of contractors for our clients.
